ONE OF THE BEST

So I got Shaw in the red picks, and as a Man Utd fan I wanted to give him a try. I built a team around him, and guys, I have to say that this guy, IS THE BEST CB IN THE GAME! he was just amazing. I play on div 2 and it was the first time I kept on clean sheet 3 games in a row! he gets every tackle right and he also has a great dribbling, so yo can play do dribble with him. the only thing that sucks about him is his height, but his pace makes up for it.

Great CB

I started FUT late this year (right after new year) so I don't have the most coins and always am on the lookout for good cheap players. When the Rooney SBC came out I was searching for an English LB to keep Rooney on full chem. I noticed his first IF was cheap (around 40k) and while it didn't seem the best fit for actual LB use, (not the most stam/pace/crossing for me) as a CB I had a lot of fun. His Agy/Balance is higher than normal for a CB and paired with his decent Strength/Aggression it seemed like Shaw was taking the ball off quick players like Neymar/Mbappe better than any of my other CB's. (I used to commonly use Walker/Gomez) I eventually went with a different setup since I didn't like keeping my LB on 7 chem (IF Tierney). I put a little note in my head though that if he ever got a second IF, that I would try it out again. Welp Shaw has been playing really well lately IRL and this card was deserved. The +3 to Pace really help take this card from a decent CB replacement, to probably one of the best Premier league CB's that isn't an SBC or crazy expensive.

Great Pace - With Shadow 97/95 is I think perfect considering all the crazy cards that are out right now.

Agy/Balance - 81/80 doesn't seem like a lot, but compared to most CB's he feels smooth when you are lining up a tackle.

Reactions/Def awareness - 86/87 is really good and it always feels like Shaw is quick to react.

Physical - Great Strength/Aggression. His jumping/header stats make up for not quite being 6'.

Body type - Stocky makes it harder to take the ball off him/get past him
